What You’ll Do
As a crucial part of our field team, you will help transform job sites by:
Performing interior demolition (walls, floors, and ceilings).
Operating machinery and equipment for site prep and cleanup.
Ensuring project sites are debris-free, organized, and ready for the next phase of construction.
Collaborating with a dedicated team to meet project deadlines efficiently.
Contributing to a sustainable future by sorting and recycling site materials.
What We’re Looking For
Reliability: You have a strong work ethic and dependable transportation to various sites around Central New York.
Safety Mindset: You value a clean, organized workspace. OSHA 10 certification is a plus (and required for prevailing wage work), but we are willing to help the right candidates get certified!
Team Players: You follow directions well and enjoy working alongside a motivated crew.
