We are seeking skilled Carpenters and reliable Carpenter Helpers who take pride in their craftsmanship to join our in-house construction crew. You will work on a diverse range of projects, from comprehensive residential renovations ("making old look new again") to large commercial and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Full-Scope Remodeling: Specialized work in Kitchens, Baths, and high-end Trim.
-Structural & Exterior: Framing, Roofing, Window installation, Siding, and Masonry.
-Logistics: Transporting materials to and from job sites as required.
-Teamwork: Collaborating with a crew of seasoned professionals to keep projects on-time and on-budget.

Requirements:
-Experience: A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in residential remodeling (required for Carpenter positions).
-Reliability: Must have a dependable vehicle to travel to job sites and occasionally pick up materials.
-Drive: We are looking for self-starters ready to begin working immediately.
