Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems.
Conduct unit turnovers and renovations, ensuring timely and quality work.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, drywall, and other systems.
Conduct inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.

Requirements:
