Ruston Paving Co., Inc., a commercial paving and site work contractor in Syracuse, is looking for dump truck drivers to operate AUTOMATIC WESTERN STAR DUMP TRUCKS!
Positions are available in Syracuse as well as our other offices in NY, VA and NC.
In addition to Syracuse, Ruston Paving, which has been in business since 1943, operates divisions in Rochester and Watertown, NY; Greensboro and Durham, NC; and Manassas and Richmond, VA. Our innovative and growth oriented organization provides a culture of teamwork where outstanding performance is encouraged, recognized and rewarded.
Drivers must possess a CDL A license, preferably with some time in a dump truck. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Potential candidates must also pass a drug test, criminal background check and a motor vehicle records check.
Wages are $26.00 - $36.50 per hour, based on experience. Compensation package will also include:
- $4,000 signing bonus for applications received prior to July 1, 2026
