Candace is a Chief Warrant Officer in the Army, and needs to deploy to Germany for the next 9 months. She has had her two dogs, Badger and Coconut, for the entirety of their lives--9 and 12 years respectively.
Both dogs are well-trained, know many commands, walk nicely on leash and are housebroken. Coconut loves belly rubs, and will shake your hand if you tell her it's nice to meet her. Badger likes to please people, and is snuggly and sweet. Badger and Coconut are both considered to have dominant personalities. They would do best going to a house without other dogs. Otherwise, a dog meet prior to placement is necessary. They cannot live with cats.
If Badger and Coconut can live at the same foster home, it would be a comfort to them both, as well as to Candace.
Can you please help out these two sweet older dogs, so they can see their mom Candace again when she returns from her deployment?
