LAKE-FRONT recently renovated 1BR apartment on the south shore of Oneida Lake (Bridgeport), above a DETACHED 4-car garage with its own private entrance. It is at the end of a private drive; it is quite and secluded. It has its own off-the-street parking spot.

The apartment will share over 155' feet of lake front with the owner on a 1.5 acre lot. Fishing is great; Oneida Lake is famous for walleye, bass, and pike.

It is a 20 minutes drive to the center of the city (the intersection of rt. 81 and rt. 690). So, it is great for someone who works in Syracuse and yet want to enjoy a quiet and beautiful view of Oneida Lake to unwind a day of work stress. Or it can be just as suitable for a single person who values peaceful and serene living environment.

There are a few things for you to consider. It is not a spacious apartment, so it is best suited for a single person. It is above a garage, so the garage door will open from time to time, which creates noises and disturbances. The renter will have to clean snow off the stairs in the winter.

The rent of $850 per month, which includes water. Security is $850 as well. There is a no-pet and no-smoking policy.

We will require security and credit check. The fee is $50. It will be refunded if the lease is mutually agreed on and signed.
